Songs with states in their names

Here is a list of songs I have with states in their names. I am choosing only one song per state when there are duplicates. I am not including groups with states in their names or albums with states in their names, only songs.

Oh man, you found a song with 'California' in the name! That must have been some serious searching.

Seriously though... Why have you compiled this list? Are you making a CD or something?

That's cool. Sometimes I ponder if I could ever find enough songs that mention specific times to fill the whole day or something.
Like Brick by Ben Folds Five mentions 6 AM the day after Christmas, Barenaked Ladies talk about eating at 3 AM... and it goes on like that.
It's somewhere on my list of projects I'm never going to try.

I've heard of a modern folk singer, I forget his name, who's travelling to every state capitol and composes a song for each.

That's Sufjan Stevens, and his giant plan is actually to compose an entire album about each state. I think he's done two so far. He's got quite a busy time ahead of him.

California Girls- Beach Boys

New York, New York- A lot of different artists
Sweet Home Alabama- Lynard Skynard (Jewel does a good cover)
Down in Mississippi (Up to No Good)- Sugarland
Mississippi Girl- Faith Hill
Leaving Las Vegas (not a state, but famous city and good song!)- Sheryl Crow
