Mmm, pizza! Again.

Sometime this morning, the Pizza Arbiter database hit 1000 entries, and it's still growing at a rate of about one new record each minute. Hooray!

It is a good feeling to have made a little toy that people enjoy playing with, even if only for a few minutes. Keep spreading the word!

Wow. I remember when we originally discussed this on ifMUD. I'm impressed that you actually followed through on the idea. Good work!

That discussion was years and years ago, but I remember it, too. Way back then, I originally tryed to visualise a way to do this that included calculating what number of pizzas would be optimal for a given group size, and how best to arrange toppings based on each person's preferences and restrictions, and it seemed so massively complex that I just gave it up.

Then a few days ago, I said to myself, I said, "Heck, why not just make one that does a simple bitwise-and on binary representations of topping-flag values?" So I did. Voilá!
